How has the US Army changed (revolutionized) how they educate their troops (site an example he uses in the video)?

Choose the captain and train the captain. US army need someone who invent, reinvent and re-engineer their job. This condition is totally different with the past.

Example was the general Martin Dempsey was about to become the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of staff, he was head of US Army Education Corp. But he did command that US troops to take Baghdad from Saddam Hussein at 2003. 5 years later he became CENTCOM and visited far-flung US base in Afghanistan up near the Hindu Kush commanded by captain that he sat with. He realized the captain has access in his fingertips for more tactical and national level and more firepower than had in 2003. US

What did you learn from this video?

I realized than the world is growing rapidly and now nothing barriers to know many things over the world just from our place because we live in hyper-connected world. Everything is changing because technology invention. It forces us to do better than before. We should prepare what something extra that we have so we did not leave behind. We need to work harder and adjust with every single changed thing.
