I will choose sole proprietorship as my legal structure. I have many reasons for that. Sole proprietorship is simpler and easier to build and organize. In addition, it will make me easy to control the business because I hold whole responsibility toward the business. I can make a decision quickly and easily without intervention from other sides. In our website, you can find bucket, kind of seeds, fertilizers, support for crop, media for hydroponic (rockwool, oasis cubes, clay pebbles, perlite) and drip system. Our website designed interactive and simple to make customer easy to use it. We filter products based on category. In website, also has “search” thumbnail to find products directly. We also enhance detail product information such as price and how to use it. Furthermore, we also post monthly agriculture article. We provide contact information as a bridge for costumer to buy and ask for products.

            Our service gives you benefit in purchase tools and equipment for garden and hydroponic system. Our costumers only search on our website and find products that they needed. Pricing strategy
            I will put my products price as same as retails do. I make an agreement with my vendors about dividend. I will take 10% each purchase. So, the customers tend to buy because my website offers same price for same product with additional benefit.

I will communicate with my customers through email and social media such as fb and Instagram. I also make online chatting for real time chatting to solve their problems.
How will you sell your product?
I sell the products online through website. Customers search the products and place the order. Then, they make an online payment. After I received the payment, I will process the order and contact my vendor to ship the products to customers.
How will you advertise your product/service?
            I will try to buy google ad sense to promote my website. I’ll also put advertisement on Facebook.
How will you distribute your product/service?
                My vendor takes responsibility to ship the products that purchased by my customers. I’ll give the customer’s address to my vendors and they ship them.

                  There are some measurements that I apply to my business to know whether or not my business is going to success
·       Profit/month = It should be at least $100 income profit that I got for a month. This is minimum income that I encourage to get
·       Positive feedback = I expect get positive feedback from my customers to know if they satisfied of our service. Rating give big impact for development of my business
·       Total of vendor = I expect many vendors would like to join with me. More vendors more profit. More vendors also indicate my business got trust.
