Read the case study Jimmy Beans Wool on page 679 at the back of your textbook.    Respond to the following questions:

1.     What should the Zanders do to address their company’s cash flow problems?

Just focus on one manufacture as long as it can satisfy demand market. Try to get investor through share to cover the cost. If it isn’t work, try to sell one of the manufacture that they own.

2.     Describe the Zander’s dilemma- expansion goals causing the company to lose the character that made it successful in the first place.   Provide your recommendations to the Zanders for getting their business back on track.

I thought that they just more focus what first goal that made them bigger. Listen their buyers what actually their needs. Expansion goal is good but too many is not good. Finally, they just spent much money on that without significant revenue.
