I found a new technology in salt production at one of article. This technology named Multistage precipitation. This technology used to remove impurities on salt. So that we can get brighter salt and eligible as national standard. The principle of this technology is precipitate the impurities on graded. The process is beginning from precipitate anion, cation and oxidant.  Bogor Agricultural University collaborate with Madura Trunojoyo University develop this technology onto scale field funded by Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education – Indonesia. They applied this technology on salt pond in Mataram. The salt pond has width about 4 hectares. The researchers told that we can get salt with NaCl rate 99%. NaCl concentrate can be stored and evaporated at any time. This evaporation or crystallization will produce salt as required. It means if we can remove the impurities maximally, we will get salt with NaCl rate more than 99%.
