Waste management case study

If the case happened to our company, these following steps would I do

-       Try to fight back with advocacy group about their allegations. Try to give the picture how important our business for environment. We actually help environment to keep clean, not to harmful it. If we don’t take a part to manage the waste, maybe in the future our city become garbage city.

-       About zero waste trend, we know it will reduce our revenue. In other side, we believe not everyone aware and care about zero waste trend. So, chance for collect waste still open. We have still chance to take portion.

-       About recycle and reuse, we will try to figure out the technology for recycle that within a budget and meet customer’s expectation

-       We will management the waste to become source of electricity. We will collaborate with electricity company so it becomes our new revenue.
